Bidding at our auctions is governed by a separate set of Conditions of Sale issued with each catalogue. Those conditions take precedence over anything on this website in respect of any specific lot or sale.

We take reasonable care to ensure that information published on the site is accurate and up-to-date, but the site is provided "as is" and we make no representations or warranties about its completeness, accuracy or fitness for purpose. Lot descriptions, guide prices, photographs and floorplans are intended only as a general indication; prospective buyers must satisfy themselves through inspection, survey and review of the legal pack before bidding.
Guide prices are an indication of the seller's expectations and are not a valuation. Reserves are confidential and are not published.
